All Children will be treated as individual enrolments, (twins/multiple births, second child enrolled in same year at Centre). Parents will be expected to pay fees as set by the Committee upon accepting a place at the Kindergarten.

Health Care cardholders, who are entitled to a Government rebate on fees are only required to pay the entertainment levy. To be eligible for the reduced fee, cardholders must present their current card to the Kindergarten on commencement.

Fee invoices will be sent to each family via email address supplied on enrolment forms, indicating the fee that is due. Fee collection is mandatory and the Committee has the discretion to withdraw services for non-payment of fees. By accepting a position at Irymple Kindergarten, you are accepting fees contract.

If parents are experiencing difficulty with the payment of fees, they are advised to contact the Kindergarten as soon as possible. There is a process for negotiating unpaid fees and a relevant person to contact. In genuine financial hardship, individual cases will be taken to the Executive of the Committee for confidential discussion. Parents are assured that all discussion regarding unpaid fees will be treated with confidentiality.

The Term fees are non refundable, although all written submissions to the Committee of Management will be considered.
